Music is adjusted to send more singer/songwriters and Americana-leaning artists over to The Phoenix, while Radio Lightning skews a little bit younger (to take up the slack from the recent Thunder format). WRLT mid-day talent Rusty Miller is named Music Director of new station. WRLT overnighter John Larson also moves over to The Phoenix.
